SHIPPING

All shipments to FallLine must be sent prepaid. All goods shipped from FallLine are F.O.B. Reno, NV. Please report shortages or errors within 5 days from receipt of goods. The buyer is responsible for examining packages for any damage, loss or shortage and for noting these discrepancies on the bill of lading before signing.  FallLine cannot be responsible for items lost, damaged or delayed in transit.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be approved and are subject to a 25% restocking charge. A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained from FallLine Corporation before any product is returned. All returned products must be clean, unused and within 30-days of original receipt of goods. No returns on C.O.D, special order, blemished, discontinued, or custom manufactured items, except in cases of manufacturers defect.
