FallLine pioneered the recovery of snowcat drive sprockets, and has been the industry leader since 1981. Send us your worn sprocket and we will recover it with proven heavy duty polyurethane. Our 12-step process creates a superior urethane to hub bond which helps eliminate "chunking" and delamination. A great deal of care is taken during each step of the recovery process making FallLine number one in snowcat sprocket recovery.

We occasionally have used sprocket cores for sale, check with your FallLine Sales Representative for availability. We also offer brand new sprocket cores for some Pisten Bully groomers.

If we find cracks in your sprocket hub during inspection, we may be able to repair them with our aluminum or steel welding service. Depending on the extent of the repairs, this can be an effective, economical alternative to purchasing a new sprocket. We also offer complete machine shop services upon request.
