FallLine's state of the art hose repair and test facility enables us to re-couple and pressure test your hose up to 800psi or to your hose manufacturer's recommended pressure. We also stock parts for most polymer lined hoses for faster turnaround. Ship your used hose secured to a pallet, mark any areas that require repair, specify the minimum length of hose to be repaired and call our toll-free number before you ship to ensure prompt service.

Expansion Ring Expander
FallLine offers 2 expansion ring expanders to meet your hose repair needs. These units allow you to install your own couplers in-house, eliminating the need to ship your hose off for repair. Drawbar assemblies (necessary to expand the expansion rings) are not included with the expander machines, please see our selection of drawbar assemblies below.

The new Brute X-Pander replaces the Brute 1, and is a compact and lightweight hand expansion unit (45lbs - 32% lighter than the Brute 1), that is ideal for smaller in-house hose repair needs. The Brute X-Pander requires 50% fewer strokes to expand and 75% fewer strokes to release than the Brute 1. The Handle on this unit swings for left or right hand operation. Compatible with 1"- 3" couplings.
